99 Giving Day: Donation supporting children’s education in China at Tencent Platform
On September 9th, GYP Philanthropy Day, the club raises donations for students in China’s rural Yunnan Province. All proceeds from these donations will cover high school tuition and school supply fees for numerous children trying to break their family’s cycle of poverty and attend university to build a better life. This drive has a target of RMB 4000 in 3 days.

GYP Debate Club Activities
The weekly GYP Debate Club "intro to debate" classes held from 8:00 to 9:00 pm (Eastern Time) every Friday / 8:00 to 9:00 am (Beijing Time) every Saturday from March 24th to June 2nd, 2023 have concluded for the Spring term. This 10 week program sought to empower students with the basics of debate and immerse them into the world of oratory and we hope to run it again in the fall.

Following the conclusion of this iteration of "intro to debate", GYP Debate Club has begun preparing for its summer camps.
